Trent Booth is an executive coach, facilitator and keynote speaker with over 30 years of experience in leadership coaching, mentoring, and emotional intelligence, specializing in group and one-on-one communication. After pioneering Vector Marketing Corporation’s Leadership Development Department in 2012, Trent founded Veritas Leadership Group in 2016 with an eye towards serving on a larger scale.
Trent’s passion for being radically sold-out to helping people has led him to study leaders from all walks of life; his work as mentor and coach has been a catalyst for dozens of clients seeking personal and professional transformation. Many have become outliers in their particular field, experiencing wild business growth and deeply satisfying home lives.
Trent is driven to helping others discover and pursue their passions and purpose. Often, we simply need to help leaders identify what’s holding them back, allowing them to clear roadblocks and move forward. Clint Booth, Executive Coach & Business Consultant
A natural connector, Clint has held positions of escalating leadership and management responsibility at Fortune 500 companies such as NOV, Shawcor, and Aegion, with a tight focus on bringing new technology and methodologies to market. With over twenty years of oilfield services, manufacturing, launching new technology, and strategic business development experience, Clint is a commercial development specialist with a deep network based on strong relationships, from the "boots on the ground,” to senior executive level in North America. For the past five years, Clint has been focused on elevating companies by leading and coaching sales and operations teams to implement and execute operating systems supported by bespoke-built strategic “Go-To-Market” execution plans to deliver sustainable top line revenue along with healthy gross profit margins. Clint follows a detailed critical path-based approach to solving problems and delivering results. In his free time, Clint can be found cheering on his two young daughters in competitive dance or in the ring working towards his next belt level in the martial arts.
Courtney Trembler, Executive Coach
Courtney Trembler has an extensive background in developing, coaching and mentoring leaders. Courtney began her leadership and coaching journey while at Endicott College, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor in Fine Arts. While studying, she sold Cutco Cutlery with Vector Marketing Corporation and quickly moved into a management position, where she recruited, trained and coached young leaders to excel in business and in life. In 2007, Courtney continued to expand her entrepreneurial experience when she launched Soul Focus Photography, which operated successfully for 13 years.
Courtney has been married for 17 years and has enjoyed dedicating the last decade to raising two lovely daughters. She continues to cherish the challenges that come with shaping her young leaders and celebrates the leader she is becoming in the process.
Courtney has a passion and gift for helping others move forward and to help them be their best. She has established herself as an approachable, warm and positive coach and believes that the best is yet to come.
Patrick Harrack, Executive Coach
Patrick Harrack is a husband, father, and entrepreneur, in that order. He is fervent in training others to succeed within life and business. Patrick began his career with Vector Marketing selling Cutco Cutlery, and then rapidly worked his way up the ranks. Patrick particularly excelled in building robust relationships, connecting with a wide variety of people, and building dynamic organizations from scratch.
In 2018, Patrick shifted his focus to the Harrack family construction business as part owner, expanding the once small construction company into a multi-million dollar corporation. Patrick is a co-founder of HEAD On Youth Impact, a nonprofit organization that raises money for children in hospitals.
Patrick married the love of his life in 2022, and took on the role of step-father to teenage twin boys. He is constantly focused on growth to become the best version of himself for his family and his clients.
